Bought a QuadraFire Cumberland Gap from them in 2012 and a QuadraFire Expedition II from them in 2020. My brother and sister in law bought an Expedition II in 2022 from them as well. I love my Cumberland Gap stove so much, that I had Heffly’s move it from one house to another house when I moved. My parents have also bought numerous stoves and fireplaces from them. A gas stove in 2019 for a hunting cabin that looks phenomenal is just one example. Professional installation. Professional service. Honest pricing and upfront communication. We are lucky to have them in our area.

Great small Family run business in Whitesboro, TX. Thorough, easy to work with and very capable. Very honest as well. We purchased a new ventless burner & new logs. We got the driftwood looking Brickcrete logs which will hold heat & last. Love our new logs, they look great & heat very well. Be patient on service & installation. It could take a while, but it will be done right!

Purchased a wood stove from Heffley's a year ago and it has worked perfectly. Crew was very professional in the install. Reached back out to get help locating a chimney sweep in our area and Rebecca was most helpful. Quality product and customer service.

I have nothing negative to say about Heffley's after the installation of two pellet stoves in my homes. Both installations were on time and professional. With the second purchase, I forgot to order the log kit insert, so I paid for it on site at the time of installation. With a trip out of town, I forgot to go pick them up at the store. When temperatures fell this week and I fired up the stove for the first time, I realized MY error. Now, five months later, called the shop and spoke with the now 'new' owners who immediately provided me with the logs. Exceptional service in that they had no record of that previous purchase, but went above and beyond to make this customer happy. They could have easily, and rightly so, had me pay again for the logs. We will continue to use and recommend Heffley's, without reservation.

I had them complete two projects for me: upgraded an existing fireplace to a modern wood burning insert and replaced an outdated glass screen with blower vents to a modern functional unit. I also had both chimneys swept. It's a locally owned, family business. All of the work is well done. The owners are a married couple and their son is apprenticing. They are small, so it may take a little time to get a call-back, but they are good at what they do, deal with quality brands and get the job done efficiently. I am very happy to have them here in Whitesboro.

They will not fix their mistake and installed the wrong fireplace. Tried making several attempts via email and phone contact to get them to rectify their mistake and they kept putting me off and told me they would contact us back. We never heard back. Would not recommend. Also had to pay extra on the install for a metal roof and it is easily the ugliest part of the exterior of our home they did a rushed job and is poorly installed.
