Very disappointed with my most recent experience. I have been here before for nails and a massage and they were very nice. So since I enjoyed my time here I bought my husband a massage as well. It has been about 1 yr and one month since the original massage was bought. Come to find out if you don't use the massage within 90 days it expires. That to me is a bit outrageous because money spent is money spent. We chose to spend our money here and couldn't even get the service that was bought. My husband not being the best at keeping up with these things let it go and I decided I was going to schedule it for him just to find out we can't even use it. Money down the drain, which in todays world, very few people can afford. Most gift cards when you buy them are good until you use them, since you spent your money on them. Not here.

The atmosphere and the people are the best. I have been a client for 13 years and the services provided are first class. Trang is knowledgeable and stays current with the new trends in skin care, lashes, nails and beauty. This is not your basic nail salon but truly a spa. I always leave there feeling pampered. They provide an excellent service at a fair price.

Spending my day here being pampered was the 3rd best day of my life, behind my wedding day and the day my child was born. These ladies are so good at what they do! Every service I received went above and beyond my expectations and I left feeling like a whole new woman! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been getting my nails done by Tranq for over a year. They always look so professional when she is finished. I have gotten many, many compliments on them. All of the ladies that work here a friendly and make the process enjoyable. I first came here because they were the only shop in the area that did NextGen nails and they do a beautiful job of them. I am able to keep them for 3 weeks! I would highly recommend this shop.

I love the atmosphere in this place. I think it is the most comfortable I have ever felt in a salon. I have problem nails and a typical mani looks odd (slopes up or looks chunky, I have tiny upward sloping nails) and I have thin nail so usually everything lifts quickly, BUT I had great results here. I really felt the ladies listen to what I need. And they did a fantastic job. It has been almost two weeks and my Gel mani is looking fantastic! I have to dive 30 or so min to get over here, but guarantee I will come back!

Trang and her team are simply the best. I've been getting my lashes done here for years. Her lash application is very natural looking. Pedicures here are not the normal. They actually talk to you! !! This is a great salon!

These ladies are amazing! They are friendly, kind and the environment is in the name, tranquil. Every visit I leave feeling amazing and excited to return. They give great consultations and reasonable prices. This little boutique is for everyone.

Absolutely satisfied!! I bite my nails terribly so for the to paint them made me feel better. Facial was AWESOME! Love the staff. Very sweet and prifessional.
