I purchased a pair of RayBan clubmasters from this Sunglass Hut location while on vacation. When I purchased them, I informed the sales associate that my optometrist has recommended polarized sunglasses, and that if she did not have the pair I was looking for in-store that I would purchase them online instead. She assured me that the pair I wanted to purchase was polarized; so I purchased them. After they had been weathered by life, I returned to the same store roughly a year later to purchase the exact same pair. This time, however, I was met with a different associate who informed me that the pair of sunglasses I wanted to purchase was NOT polarized and NEVER has been. This came as a shock to me, because the representative I spoke to assured me several times that they were polarized. At the time, I took her word for it, I figured that since she is a sunglass hut employee she must be knowledge or of their products. I was WRONG. The associate either had no clue what she was talking about, or she deceptively sold me the sunglasses to meet her sales quota or make commissions. Frustrated, I contacted Sunglass Hut corporate for a resolution. All of the call center reps I spoke to were kind, but the best way they could assist me was by submitting a “care form” to the store for someone to reach out to me regarding my issue. They advised that it would be roughly 3-5 days before someone contacted me. This was on 06/30/2025. After no one had contacted me, I called the corporate line again on 07/09/2025 and was told that the issue would be escalated and that surely someone would contact me regarding the issue. Life got ahead of me, as it tends to do, and it is now 09/16/2025 and I STILL have not been contacted by ANYONE from this store or region. 3-5 business days has turned into almost 3 months. Feeling defeated, I decided to call the corporate line for a THIRD time. This time the representative told me that there were notes on my “care form” left by the regional manager, Steven Percy, who marked the issue as resolved and noted that to resolve my issue I should return to the store to purchase the correct pair of sunglasses. I was extremely baffled to learn this, considering that not one attempt was made to contact me. It was even more baffling to know, that they’d like ME to correct THEIR deceptive sales practices. Avoid spending your hard earned money at this Sunglass Hut location. They will deceive you into purchasing sunglasses, and when you experience and issue, they will neglect you and brush it under the rug. Avoid any Sunglass hut in the region altogether, as they are all run by the same unprofessional regional manager, Steve Percy. I’d recommend visiting any one of their NUMEROUS competitors before spending a dime at this franchise.

Very displeased with the service I received here I bought two pairs of sunglasses and one of the pairs had a scratch on one of the lenses that I hadn’t noticed till I took it there for them to clean it and when I went to get it fixed or replace when keep in mind I haven’t even had them a month yet and the rude lady told me it would be over half what I payed for the glasses and mind you I told them to add insurance when I purchased them and they didn’t and it was somehow my fault and their warranty they say they have is all a lie don’t come here unless you want scratched up glasses out the box that they refuse to fix
