Steve, the guy that works there was really kind and helpful. That the car I purchased, only had it for maybe 4 weeks. Then the transmission went out. It was a used car the garage, said it was not worth fixing it. I was not able to get another car because that when it was in my name, I had to get a lawyer, to get out of the payment situation. do not buy a car from here

We had an ok purchase experience here. Steve was pretty friendly and patient. The car turned out to have a ton of rust which both the dealer and the nearby mechanic we took it to failed to mention. We will not buy a car from them again. Additionally they have continued to reach out to me endlessly and even told me they had the car we purchased still in stock and available a week later. I initially posted a positive review but their continued harassment made me come back and change it.

If you are looking for a car, do not hesitate to go to Marshall Motors of Florence. I am very skeptical in the first place of car sales person's. Did not want to be pushed into just any car, and Steve learned real quick what I was looking for and what I would be interested in buying. Steve listened to me and made me feel very comfortable in searching for the right car for me. He even advised me not to make a quick decision and that he would find me the car that I would be happy and content to purchase. Steve went out of his way to get a car that I am totally pleased with, and I love my new car. I'm very happy that I stopped at Marshall Motors of Florence and met Steve. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH STEVE!

Marshall Motors Of Florence is easily accessible in Northern Kentucky from either Turfway Road or Donaldson Road exits on I-75. Located on Dixie Highway, the premier used car dealership has plenty to offer for all buyers. All cars are value based and any meticulous buyer can find a good buy for themselves at Marshall Motors. The sales staff, especially Don, are knowledgeable, courteous, and low pressure. A good deal ensues for even the most frugal of consumer. Easily seen from Dixie Highway. Kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended. Definitely a repeat.

Steve and Hayden, I could just go on and on about these two gentlemen. And yes, gentlemen. They explained things without “Mansplaining” them. They always made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Whether it be sparking up a new conversation about fidget toys, or feeding me pretzels because ironically I hadn’t eaten, and Steve and his fatherly instincts knew I was hungry. This dealership is not only a car place, but it’s a car place for all people. These folks know how to take care of you, and let me tell you… customer service THROUGH THE ROOF. If you need a car, they won’t stop until they get you one. Literal blood, sweat, and tears. They didn’t stop until I had a car and I will forever be thankful to these guys for getting me back on the road. Steve, Hayden, thank you from the very core of my heart. Update!!! The TEMP TAG HASNT EVEN EXPIRED YET !!!!quit my day job and purchased this van and went into business for myself. I didn’t even have the van 45 days in the engine went out. The temporary tag is still valid on it. I know I bought a used vehicle for $4500 but it should’ve lasted longer Than 30 days I got an oil change on it . I found a motor for $600 can I get a reimbursement of that ? … there’s no way that Chevy express with a 4.8 ls motor went out that quick they normally go a couple hundred thousand miles . It has like 150k miles on it men no way

Me and my son had been car-shopping for quite some time and we Google this place and we found it and I tell you what, we did not leave their disappointed!!!! The first day we was there we talked to Steve he worked very hard on getting my son approved for a loan. My son is only 19 years old and of course he don't have credit established so therefore as the other car dealerships had told us basically he is a "ghost". My son had $3,000 to put down on the car he works a full-time job makes decent money and he kept on getting turned down everywhere we went. But when we went to Marshall Motors he was approved for a low interest rate and he was able to get the car the very next day. I'm very proud of my son for working hard and I am so happy that we went to Marshall Motors and got this car. As you can see in the pictures it's a beautiful car and I can't help to be a little jealous. Lol.. so when I get better established I would like to trade in my convertible Sebring to maybe get me something. So with all that being said I highly recommend going here they will work with you they will put forth the effort and helping you get into a nice car. Thank you Steve and Donald you guys are awesome!!!!!

Brandon got me into a car I love with good payments. He even made sure to get the AC going good and strong so I don't die in this summer heat! If you're looking for a reliable ride, go see these guys. They're easy to work with.
