Malia Sutton has been amazing and instrumental for several of my clients' peace of mind in managing their second homes in Bend! Malia is so knowledgable, super professional and competent and an easy local source to recommend again and again! Home Fridays has dialed their processes and offer incredible concierge management options for anyone with a second home in Central Oregon! I love working with Malia and her team and feel lucky to have found her. ◡̈

Home Fridays has a wonderful staff equipped with handling any and all homeowner needs! Their care and level of service is unmatched. With an attention to detail not found in many other property management companies, they're easily the best team in Bend. I recommend them to all of my local friends and family!

We have been working with the amazing team at HomeFridays over the last several months and I could not recommend them enough. They are always very responsive when last minute shipments are arriving, and recently were very creative with solving for a delivery that required a signature in person. I really feel they take pride and ownership of one's home while you can't be there, and Ben and Malia serve as an extended team. Thank you Home Fridays!
