The SouthSide Garage – The Ultimate Man Cave A lot of us dream of finding a local shop where we can build real relationships with the people working on our vehicles a place where trust grows and we don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of. Sadly, that kind of honesty and reliability is rare these days. This was my first experience with The SouthSide Garage, and I was genuinely impressed. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. They kept me updated every step of the way and made me feel like more than just another customer. The place even has a man-cave vibe pool table and all. If you’re looking for an affordable, trustworthy repair shop (they charged way less than the dealership), this is it. I trust them without hesitation and will definitely be back. Honestly, I wish I could give them more than five stars… And yes I need to get one of their shirts!

Got me in and out fast for a commercial vehicle oil change. Great space to get some work done or relax while waiting for service to be completed. Nice staff. Professional. These folks are pros. Go here and give them your money and they’ll take care of you.

I absolutely love these guys! I drive a smart car, and they’re the only ones in town I know who can even work on them. The work they did was just not superior, it was the highest level. The car drives like I just bought it. Everybody at the shop is so nice and welcoming and they’re really committed to quality service. I’m gonna start taking all my cars there now and they’ll have me as a customer for life!

This shop got me in quickly to fix my broken ac. Everyone was upfront about pricing and came back for approval for additional work that needed to be done. At no point did I feel like they were just trying to find things to fix. I felt that they were very honest and time efficient, two things that seem to be hard to find these days. Side note, their waiting area is clean and comfortable (even the bathrooms were clean). Highly recommended and will refer to them when possible.

Extremely great customer service. They fixed the A/C in my car and had me out of there in about an hour! I'm driving home with my A/C turned down low because it's so cold! I'll definitely be back if I have any car issues in the future!

I am so thankful that I found this garage. I had such a great experience with them after having a lot of people give me the runaround. I took my car to them was told what was wrong with it. They fixed it so quickly. I’m back on the road, I was without my car for a month prior to finding them ! For now on I will only be using their services.
