I spent around $75 on a few pairs of earrings and “surgical steel” pieces. Within a week, the gems fell off the earrings, and the “surgical steel” jewelry caused swelling and irritation in healed piercings (2 and 6 years old). I followed proper aftercare, so this is clearly a quality or materials issue. I reached out for a refund, but despite their policy saying they offer returns & refunds within 30 days with proof of purchase, they also say they don’t refund earrings. That’s incredibly misleading, especially when the product is defective or harmful. Their website claims a 4.7 rating, but the real reviews tell the truth. It’s not worth the money or the risk.

I came here to get my nose pierced and Zakiya was the absolute BEST, she was SO NICE and helpful! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome!! PLEASE ask for her she is the best!! Such a great experience! I HIGHLY recommend her!

Lots of variety. Looks like salesperson needed more counter space, though. Had lots of stock on the floor to sort it. Otherwise, it's a nice place for jewelry.
