Fast and friendly service. It's always a pleasure coming to this clean facility . Always friendly and courteous staff. Was disappointed Alysha is not longer at the front desk. Customer service wasn't at the level when Alysha was helping customers. Still a very clean facility. There's a $10 user friendly fee which is expected. All the metro location is 3-4 weeks behind..

The service was outstanding both times we had to go there is year. Staff were extremely friendly, considerate, and helpful. We are very fortunate to have their services.

Living on the southern edge of Polk county, it's always been easier to drive down to Indianola to renew my license than to sit at the Des Moines DOT waiting at the end of a very long line for what feels like an eternity. Now, not only have they felt it necessary to require an appointment to complete this already mundane task, but they feel it necessary to charge you extra for the "convenience". Which can't be just tacked on to the price of the renewal, no, you're required to pay this fee in cash. Super shady and absolutely ridiculous.

Hats off to the staff at the DOT office in Indaniola. Wonderful customer service, fast, friendly and efficient! Will never go anywhere else for these services.

My mom tried to get her license renewed at Madison county. They told her the earliest appointment was in February or she could go there and wait with no guarantee she would be seen. Scheduled an appointment online for Warren county and got right in. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Very friendly people. I didn't know you were supposed to make an appointment. I lost my DL and needed a replacement. They are open on Monday where the DOT isn't so this was convenient. They added me to the list with no appointment and got me in and out in not too long. Very helpful staff.

Requires appointment, as of May 2022. This DMV office is much easier to get to and park at than many of the larger city DMV offices. Also, wait time was just a couple minutes from my appointment time. I had made the appointment just a couple days before my appointment, which is much better than Iowa DOT run offices that are a month + out for new appointments.

No problem finding a parking place. No problem bumping into people or standing in line. Parked, walked in, went directly to the counter, and paid my car plates. Easy! See you next year.

I didn’t know you could have a pleasant experience doing a title transfer. This place is wonderful. I’m never going back to the Des Moines one.
