Specifically for their new phlebotomist - she’s amazing! I barely felt the needle, and she was so quick I didn’t even catch her name to call her out - but thank you!!

I have been going to this location for years. After the covid pandemic, things changed for understandable reasons. However, the past year and even recently , the staff , especially at the front desk are lackluster, to say the least. There is no reason why an employee at a front desk, should be talking about a patient in front of them to or their coworkers. That patient being my husband . Additionally, these new Staff members, specifically at the front desk, do not have any phone etiquette. When a patient or even a potential patient calls in, the desk staff, should be saying their first name after they say HSHS medical group. The individual I spoke with, didn't do that nor did she say a proper closing/goodbye, she just hung up. This is not appropriate and I will not stand for that disrespect. I can't even get a service done, because my own doctor is out and the " fill-in doctor ", has not gotten back to me, as it's a Wednesday and I sent a message via my health portal last week. I guess I should just believe the Stagg individual who stated , she would move my message to priority. If you can't be professional, don't do the job .

Dr. Redmar is excellent! She goes out of her way to help and direct you toward good health, and resolve any matters. I have not been this happy about a primary doc in 25-years. Her supportive staff, that include Jennifer, Haley and Michelle always are very cordial and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my fairly new doctor. and her staff. L. Ackman

Preventative care isn't covered by insurance because of a bogus new patient charge? Getting the run around for MONTHS on a prescriptions only to handle it ourselves. This staff was fine. The doctor was fine, admin policies are trash.

Please do not waste your time going to this provider. They are a joke. The office lacks professionalism and they do not make it a priority to help children when sick. Find a different doctor and only come to this practice if it’s the absolute last option.
