Today’s shopping experience was very enjoyable, thanks to an employee named Jackson. Very different from our last experience. (Which is below) Poor customer service. We had to drive 40 minutes to get a Sporting JAX shirt pressed because they failed to do this when purchased. The store clerk was very unpleasant, trying to tell us that the problem was because of the way we folded the shirt!!

Glad I didn’t read these reviews first…. I may have not visited the store. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. Were they lightning fast, no? But the place was very busy. The team there were not standing around, they were helping people. I waited my turn. The two young men that helped me, (one for cleats one bc I needed accessories) were polite, respectful, and professional. Thankfully, very knowledgeable.

If there’s zero rate i will put it because this place is just a bug scam and zero professional support or after sale service I came with my daughter to buy her the new season set and a sales man called “galiperti” told me it’s online with $150 but i can give you same t-shirt and short and i will print you the sponsor’s name and everything like the original till you got your new one and you can return it , so definitely TRUSTED what he said and i paid $84 for what he advised to do and also made the online purchase , and when i came back after using the set he made for me and cleaned it of course and it look like brand new , another sales man called “edd” told me you can’t return the set because it’s used !!!!! So i told him that i already bought this due to what the other sales man told me !! He acted like he is trying to help and ghosted me and take another customer!!! And after this he stayed at the back office for almost 4 minutes then came apologizing that he can’t help !!!! What kind of new scamming is this and what kind of after sales service you guys have to scam me to buy twice !!!!!!!!! Shame on this brand literally shame on you guys !!

This store is a scam! Don’t shop here, save yourself the headache from dealing with scammers and unprofessional and dismissive store associates. My husband purchased our daughter a whole kit for the soccer season. The sales associate instructed us to buy separate jersey, shorts and socks until the personalized kit arrived. When we receive the kit, we will return the used merchandise to the store, per the associate. We confirmed several times that we CAN return used merchandise and the associate confirmed yes. We tried to return the items today and another associate told us they don’t accept used merchandise. He was very cold and dismissive and suggested for us to try the chat feature on their website we can do so, but he refused to help us! Absolutely horrible customer experience and service!! Stay away!
