I've been going at least once or twice a week for over a year and I LOVE the energy of the classes, they are varied and fun, RAMON and his mentors specially IAN are AMAZING. I have seen a huge difference not only in my strenght, endurance and body tone but in my MOTIVATION and positivism for daily life. In Fütness people make you feel like family! Five Stars!!!!

Fütness is amazing!!! I’ve been going to Fütness since they opened and I have to say I’m addicted! The exercises are fun, challenging and change from class to class. Music plays throughout the entire workout and the energy that the trainers bring is contagious. It’s a full body workout that is actually FUN and works!!! For me, Fütness is such an amazing workout. It is very fun and complete and incorporates aerobic activity, plyometrics, muscle strengthening, toning and stretching. However what makes it so unique is the work we do with the soccer ball that helps with coordination, agility and mental focus.ore than a workout Fütness is a lifestyle of soccer, fitness and wellness ALL IN ONE. And the music and energy are amazing!

Futness is an amazing way to maintain/improve soccer skills, burn hundreds of calories and have fun in the “FutStüdium” The moderate to high intensity cardio workouts have helped me build physical endurance and control my weight, while enjoying playing the most popular sport in the world!

My class was really entertaining. I love the teacher , my coach Tony was really patient and my other coach too. I’m coming back tomorrow! Is fun ! Highly recommended!
