I just came back from my second visit with Dr. E at Southbury Sports + Spine, and I’m already noticing a huge improvement in how I feel and in my posture. Dr. E is extremely thorough and takes the time to really listen to your needs. He’s very accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. He came highly recommended, and I’m so glad I decided to see him. Dr. E is the best—I couldn’t recommend him more!!

We can not praise Eric enough for his chiropractic work and his devotion to finding the route cause of issues for people under his care. He played a big role in helping my younger son with insight others failed to do. And for that, we appreciate him beyond words. Thanks Eric!

Dr. Erick is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I have seen him for not only relief from fibromyalgia symptoms but also after being in a car accident and always leave his office feeling better than when I came in. Dr. Erick listens to your concerns and provides the best care to find you relief that is long lasting. His office space is clean and inviting and I highly recommend his services.

I’ve been to a few chiropractors before but Erick is by far the best. He adjusted my upper and lower back really well and my neck adjustment was the deepest and most comfortable I’ve ever had. Most chiropractors don’t get that full release but he knew exactly what he was doing. He also gave me great advice for my sprained wrist, sent me helpful resources, and actually told me what works instead of just saying random things. He’s chill, down to earth, and really cares about his patients. If you need a chiropractor who actually helps, Erick is the guy.

Dr Erick is fantastic and goes above and beyond to have you walk out of his practice feeling good. I called an hour before close to see if he could squeeze me in and he graciously did!! I had intense back pain that felt much better by the time I left. I appreciated his above and beyond treatment which a lot of chiropractors don’t take the time to do. If you are looking for a chiropractor, I 10/10 recommend him!!!
