Attended the first-ever USA-hosted, women-led Homeless World Cup event at Sacramento State this week. Campus facilities, staff and catering were fantastic. Perfect partnership for this global movement to counter human struggle with sport and play.

Great food trucks, awesome sight lines from the stands, and a raucous football atmosphere. For the price of tickets/food/beverages, Sac State football offers one of the most amazing entertainment deals in the area.

I appreciate that there is general admission but there is much more that is needed for a good game day experience. The concessions is lacking, and I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for a bottle of water and there weren't any water stations. Lines for food and drinks for the 15,000 people attending were way too long.
