If you are able to, I would avoid this company as best you can. I have kids in my team whose uniforms still haven’t arrived are more than two months and an order I made for my more than 7 weeks ago still hasn’t arrived. I went ahead and just cancelled my order after speaking with a rep who basically told me they are no closer to fulfilling the order today, than when the order was placed. And obviously the refund takes 10-14 business days too. Since they moved from Torrance to Irvine, they have had nothing but problems. My kids have now had to cancel three picture days. And I know I’m not the only one dealing with this. They should not be advertising that their gear is in stock if they can’t fulfill the order in a timely manner. I don’t like to leave negative feedback but the fact that the representative was so nonchalant about my order and the processing time just pissed me off.Very disappointed! Will not be shopping here again…..I appreciate the want to speak directly….how do you suggest we do this? I sent an email yesterday morning and it’s the same old thing…get an automated reply and then nothing. I have seen zero in response for three days now.

Well, if you wanted to spend money on soccer uniforms, never receive them, cancel your order, only to receive an email that you are going to receive your order, and also spend hours of your life on the phone talking to customer service reps who have no idea when/if your order will be fulfilled, Score Sports is your place. From the time period of July 16 to Oct 6, I called/emailed 17 times. I spoke to MaryJo, Amber, Lily, and Angel. We never received our uniforms. Every time someone told me that they would call me back the next day, I never received a call back. Everything about this experience was disappointing. I would not recommend them, even to my ex-sister in law.

Edited to add on 10/9, NOT SHIPPED. NO RESPONSE. Edited to add on 9/25/25, still not even a tracking number, just a promise it would be shipped on the 18th or 19th, and it was not. We ordered on July 18th, and here it is September with NO uniforms, no response to my customer service emails, no one answers the phone. Someone on our team was told October, where as I haven't even gotten an email to confirm shipping. I wonder what working with this company was like before it was bought out by private equity company, BVG. I will be greatly upset if our soccer club uses this vendor ever again, and am truly hoping they never, ever do again. Judging by one star review after one star review, we won't be the only ones dropping them.

Avoid ordering from Score Sports. I placed an order for soccer referee gear for this fall season on Aug 12 and still have yet to get a tracking number. I contacted the company a few times and am now told it should ship by the end of Oct. The season will be over before my order arrives. I suggest finding a different company to order from. I will not order from Score again. Update: I replied as noted below on 09Oct and as of 02Nov I have yet to receive another response. Crickets…

We ordered our uniforms June 28th and we have yet to receive them. I called for an update first week in August and was told the order never made it to production. I asked for another update this week and was now told there’s severe delays due to machines breaking down. It shouldn’t take more than 8 weeks to get uniforms. The money is gone with nothing in return yet. Who knows when we will really receive them. Our team has been having difficulties with sizing and some received jerseys way too small than expected. This company doesn’t respond well to emails. I sent an email to the addresses in the other reviews before mine and still have not gotten a response. It shouldn’t take a bad review to get a response to an email. If possible, use a different company for uniforms. UPDATE: One month later and 2 ship dates that have come and gone, still no uniform. How can this company be trusted after providing ship dates that do not mean anything. Seems like no one is being held accountable for not providing items that have already been paid for. We are in our 4th week of the season and will have no use for the uniforms we are waiting for if this continues. Beware. Go somewhere else if you want uniforms in a timely manner. UPDATE: Ordered June 28, it is now October 16. Still no uniforms! Service is ridiculously awful. I also requested a refund with no response or confirmation of the refund being in process. Very bad.

UPS lost our package and filed it as a “loss.” They directed me to contact the seller and Katie S. was so helpful and efficient. I’m not sure how they did it, but my son’s uniform arrived the day after emailing them about the lost package. We are so thankful and love the uniform!
