Muy mala experiencia porque un cliente que andaba ahí me comenzó a insultar por un carrito de la tienda;que yo traía para echar mis cosas y el me lo quitó y empezó a decirme cosas obscenas y nadie de la tienda hizo ni dijo nada.se supone que debieron haberlo sacado.

Muchas cosas buenas y baratas. Recomendado ok

This is my favorite Goodwill and just happens to be a few blocks away. I have visited almost every one in a 20 mile radius, and this one always has the best, and most reasonable prices. Don't forget to go online and register for your 20% off coupon (they email you a new one automatically every month) for any shopping purchase over $20. I tell people in the store every time I go, and am surprised at how many are unaware of this awesome extra discount. Worth the trip every time!

Outstanding, the largest most well organized and stocked Goodwill of all the ones I've visited. I was truly impressed by the quality items and prices. Thrilled I got what I needed and with senior discount ☺️ there's more sections than photographed. Lots of parking. Easy to get to, great happy service.

I honestly don’t understand Goodwill’s pricing anymore. Most items cost just as much, if not more, than what you'd find at Walmart or Target. I’m taking a break from shopping there because it no longer feels like a true thrift store. They’re charging outrageous prices for used, often dirty items that were donated for free. Goodwill is now pricing some items in the hundreds. There’s nothing "good" about Goodwill anymore, it feels more like “At-Your-Will” pricing. All I ever hear about Goodwill is that they're opening more stores. Meanwhile, The Salvation Army is actually out there doing things for the community and it shows. They take pride in what they put on the floor. Items are clean and well presented, unlike Goodwill, which often sells dirty or broken goods. $149.99 for car that "may not work" and dirty. $399.99 for a used coffee brewer. Here’s my advice to Goodwill: consider opening a dedicated electronics thrift store. Test the products to make sure they actually work, and rethink the return policy with high priced items. Why would anyone spend $400 on an item that’s been sitting on the floor, tampered with by countless people, sold “as-is,” and then only eligible for store credit if it needs to be returned. That’s just not reasonable. WE NEED TO DONATE OUR ITEMS TO SALVATION ARMY.

I bought furniture at this place and I had lost my receipt. I walked to the counter and asked for the manager. This lady was counting money and I ask politely if I can speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I asked if I can pick up my furniture without my receipt knowing I had lost it. I was looking high and low for it. Since it had my information on the furniture knowing they have my information on it Name and phone #. She said that did not matter. I still need the receipt. I asked if I can get my money back. She said no I cant since I d9nt have my money. I told her if she can just look knowing I still have my name on the furniture. She did not budge or do anything. She gave me this look like she did not care because I dont have the receipt. I told her what's the point of getting my information and putting in the furniture. She said they will call me if it's over 48 hours. I told her no one called me so obviously no one is doing their job. So, I asked what do I do since I paid for something but I cant get my money or furniture. She said you do not have your receipt. I bought many things at this store. I never had an attitude from a manager at this store. I believe they had managers come and go at least they were polite. Hopefully Kate is not here very long in my neighborhood. Kate will resale a furniture that was bought.

Figured I would try since it's been awhile. I used to find some amazing treasures for super prices. But that changed. For some reason, Goodwill now thinks they are a department store and are price gouging people on junk. At first I thought it must be April Fools Day because the prices were a joke. Did they forget their inventory was free and all donated? What are they smoking that makes them think these high prices are ok? It's Goodwill! Not Nordstroms. Plus, nowadays they filter anything good OUT and sell it online in auction format to squeeze as much as they can from it, leaving only the junk and broken electronics left for the actual stores. The treasure hunt days are over. The good pricing days are over. They even charge you for bags to carry your merchandise out to your car. Goodwill has left the building. And so shall I.
