I would highly recommend LGND Fitness Co!! Im a travel nurse. I have only been in Show Low since September (5 months). However, from day one, the staff at LGND Fitness have been so helpful and welcoming. All of the coaching staff is very accommodating and definitely pushes me when I need it. The workouts are challenging, but there are always scaling options provided to make it fit your needs. The gym is beautiful and spacious, with great new equipment! Lastly, the other gym members are friendly and motivating. I even got to attend a free nutrition clinic while I was here! I've really enjoyed coming to classes these past few months, and am sad I will be leaving for my next assignment. Thank you, LGND Fitness! ❤️

Best crossfit gym in the country! I have traveled across the U.S. and hands down the best knowledgeable trainers, organized classes, 3 levels everyday, organized equipment and everyone is friendly and helpful! I got so much so much stringer this month. I was able to do Turkish get up carriers with weight this week ! Thanks Ellesse Abbie, Chris and Seth!

All the coaches take the time to work with you regardless of your level of fitness or age. They demonstrate each moment and make sure you understand it, as well as show any alternative moment if anyone has any problem with a moment. Always cleaning equipment keep a safe environment. Most importantly for me, they make it fun and enjoyable, while helping to get you push yourself safely. Stop by and watch any of programs.

Awesome gym. The Kemptons and Francis are not only awesome owners but awesome people. Everyone at every level of fitness is welcome and will feel at home here. Free community workouts every Saturday so you can test the waters. They recently invested in brand new rogue equipment and it's fantastic.

Just finished first workout at LGND. Very impressed, over a dozen Concept 2 row machines, detailed WOD and engaged coach, Emily. Large open workout area, look forward to more workouts throughout the summer.

Disclaimer: No one asked me to write this review, and I don't write many reviews. Nor am I a crossfit regular, I usually do other times of HIIT style (close to my work/home) workouts in my home state of Texas I do some work at the local hospital a few times a year, and I want to keep my fitness going while traveling. I found LGND through a quick Google search, and have done a couple of drop-ins and also a private. Their new facility is fantastic - huge upgrade. Today I dropped-in with Chris for a weekend WOD, and what a fantastic experience. I knew no one there (including Chris), I was on the lower-end of fitness levels for the males present in the class, and everyone makes you feel so welcome and supports you. In particular Chris, who could have easily written me off as an out of towner, asked me all of the right questions before starting, and throughout the workout came by to encourage me, offer me modifications, and work on my form. I really enjoy stopping by here, and I would encourage visitors and locals alike to check them out - great product.
